As you know I have been flipping baseball cards for over 20 years, and recently I have started FLIP LIST which tells you when the data of card prices indicate certain card can be flipped for a PROFIT!
Honestly, this was a tough decision for me, I LOVED this card, I have a few other blogs dedicated to it and bought a 200x microscope to look at the details and flaws of this card up close.
Here's what I love:
1) The rough cut edges because they used wire cutters
2) The "First Print Blue Lines" on the back
3) The O-Pee-Chee version is more rare than the Topps version

This was a card I bought for my personal collection and wouldn't mind holding on to, but I also never turn down profit. So a great way to flip cards is to buy what you love, and then if you don't flip it you don't mind keeping it in your personal collection.
I didn't quite get what I wanted, I wanted closer to $3,000 but because the offer of $2,750 was In the profit for me I have learned from experience I am more likely to regret missing out on a profitable sale than I am holding the card.
